A Study of Catalase Activity on Infra-orbital Tissues

Abstract
|

|
The Catalase activity of bovine intra-orbital tissues, was determined with the van Euler & Josephson method.
The Cat. of iris, ciliary bjJy, retina, choroid ens and vitreous body are egual to 2.40.5, 2.403,2.085, 1.897, 0.581 and 0.0 respectively. ln the case of retina and vitreous body were homogenized by using Potter-Elvehjem type homogenizer and choid, iris, ciliarybody, lens were Lyopailized.
